As I said my husband is interested in sports.. as a part of it we went to F1 race which is held in Indianapolis Indiana state USA on July 4th 2006. For me this is the first time watching a sports car race live .. but for my hubby it was 2nd time ..
We started from Chicago that day morning and it was around 4-5 hrs drive to Indianapolis from our place.all the roads which lead to stadium was full of traffic and every car pool lot was filled that day. the private parking places was also full that day.Small shops and exhibition stalls filled that place it was like a huge event taking place.
We parked our car nearby and purchased 2 tickets from an outside vendor for 90 dollars.By that time NA SCAR event was taking place and we had no time to see that event as we were looking for the big one...we walked around all the stalls and had fun for a hr or so and then in search of our seats..as the time approached the cars were on their stops and having final checkups.. the hero's of the event was giving interviews to the channels and at 1'o clock the event started.there was just welcoming round at the beginning and then the race started.The hero Michael Schumacher was in 4th place in the beginning.In the first round there was a accident which eliminated around 4-6 cars from the race.there was no damage to the persons but it just stopped the race for about 15-20 min.the race was very fun and exciting and in the middle there were pit stops for every racer and everyone did their own job in minutes.At last Ferrari Star Schumacher was in the first place.. that was his 7Th time continues championship in Indianapolis ground.and the sad thing is he retired that day.. that was his last F1 race... as the event completed award ceremony was arranged and all of us were very happy to see him.

Disney Magic Kingdom
This was the first trip we both went after coming to USA.We had vacation for about 8-9 days in the end of May 2006 and we don't want to waste even one single day of our trip.So we thought of going to Orlando,Florida and cover all other nearer places.
As a part of our trip we had been to one of the Disney Parks - Magic Kingdom one day.
We took a motel nearby the day before...so early in the morning got up at 8Am and had our refreshments and we are out of the motel by 9 Am.We reached the Disney magic kingdom by 10Am.there was huge parking lot and every crew of the Disney was helping everyone to show their place.we parked the car and reached the train stop which we need to take to go to the park.it was a small train which takes us to the front gate of the park..it was a funny ride..by the time we reached the front gate just the welcoming theme play show was going on.all the characters of Disney were present and it was SO nice to see that show.After that we collected the map of the park and started with one side of the park.
There were different sections in the park named.. Adventure Land,Fantasy land, Tomorrow land and so on..in that there are many attractions for every segments like Splash Mountain, Pirates of Caribbean,Haunted Mansion,Cinderella Castle,Micky and Minni country houses , snow white adventures,Aladdin magic Carpets etc... In the mid afternoon Disney Parade attracted everyone and all stood on the roads to see the parade.it was very well organised and it was really great.In the evening at the castle Cinderella show was a good one to watch out.At night around 10Pm there was a Parade again with all the characters and lighting system .after the parade it was the Night Time Spectacular show of Fire Works.
It was really Worth seeing for everyone.We also enjoyed like kids all the day in that park.Everything was really a Man made wonder on Earth...

US OPEN FINAL ---- September 9th 2007
My husband is crazy of current affairs,sports and geography.he love to see every sport.Along with him I also started to develop interest.I saw Tennis and Football World cup along with him.He told me all the rules and slowly got myself pulled into this.
This was in September 2007, US Open final and one weekend we visited my dad who lives in New Jersey.that Sunday there was a final match so we wanted to see the match anyhow.so we purchased the tickets in black.We are really very excited to see the match that day.we are completely new to the train system in New york.. but anyhow we reached the Arthur Ash stadium by changing 2 trains.
There was huge crowd and first the Women's Double final match is going on.we are not that much intrested to see the match so we roamed around all the place by visiting all the shops and exhibitions around the stadium.It was really good as everything was very well organised.In the mid-afternoon about 2pm Lexus people invited Martina Navratilova to give autographs to the visitors.so we stood in line for about 1/2hr and at last successful in taking the autograph with her.it was really good experience and wonderful moment.
About 4 pm the final match of gents started.The stadium was full and it started with a welcoming song and American national anthem,then the match started.The two hero's-- Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic came on to the court.Started with friendly stokes the match started.till the first 2 sets the game was exciting but after that it went completely to the Federer hands.the match was completed in just 3 sets.The award function was arranged in just minutes and every thing was really wonderful.
